In Pirque, at the foot of the Andes Mountains, Pascal Marty built his house surrounded by two hectares of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah, which he himself planted franc de pied more than thirty years ago. In an idyllic setting facing the mountain that inspired the Viña Marty range, the winegrower lives in almost complete autonomy.
A few kilometers from the Chilean capital, Pirque is a high quality vineyard within the Maipo Alto Valley. Located at an altitude of 2,600 feet, temperatures reach 95°F in the day and drop to 40°F at night. This temperature range is a key factor in making wines of exceptional quality.
